What's the school dress code?

Sizing

Even sizes are available only. If you are unsure of your child’s size please check school calender for Uniform shop Opening dates.


Ensemble shirts - how do they fit?

The fit is the same as what the child wears for their school day polo.


Larger sizes - are they readily available?

Are available on request, we have limited stock of size 16. Please email us via npps.uniform@gmail.com


Hats - how can I get one sooner?

If you need a hat urgently, you can purchase both types of hats at the canteen on canteen opening days.


Do I have to use the online shop?

No you don’t. You can still come into the uniform shop and purchase items on uniform shop opening days. See school calender. You can print off a form from the NPPS Uniform shop website or pick one up from the school office and place it in the p&c box in the hall for processing, with the envelope labelled ‘Uniform Shop’.


How do I pay for my order?

If you proceed with with your order online you can pay through your PayPal account or with your Credit Card. You can use your debit and credit cards on uniform shop open days and we also accept cash and cheques. Cheques made payable to North Perth School Uniform Account


Do I have to order every item in the Kindy Pack?

No, the Kindy pack is a suggestion of various items suitable for your child starting school.

We're a new family at NPPS, how can we see the uniform to know what to order?

New families to the school may make an appointment with Melissa Horne 0411308930 and/or Nicole Campbell-Watts 0409889136 to view and purchase uniforms outside of shop opening times.


What is a Reusable Canteen Lunch Order bag?

Lunch Order bag is designed to replace paper lunch bags when ordering from the canteen, which reduces paper waste, and holds more food than paper bags. It has a hygienic zipper pocket to separate money from contact with food also. Size of Lunch Wallet is approximately: 23cm (H) x 18cm (W) x 10cm (D). You can purchase these from the canteen on canteen opening days, which are Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings.


What happens if what I have ordered isn't in stock?

It is unusual to run out of stock, however on the rare occasion this happens, we will deliver items on your order we do have and place remaining order on back order. We will notify you of this and keep you updated on delivery.


What if an item is the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange or refund items if the tags are still on and the product has not been worn. Please contact npps.uniform@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. See our Returns Policy below.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed once a week and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been delivered to your child's classroom. It is important to record your nominated child's name and classroom number in the notes section.


Can I still donate my secondhand clothes?

Yes of course you can, please leave them with the volunteers on uniform shop open days, or with our very friendly front office staff, and they will make their way to the shop for onselling.


Terms and Conditions

Out of stock

Shelf stock – Subject to stock availability at time of order, out of stock status will beplaced on back order and dispatched as soon as stock is refurbished. The customer will be notified if an item is on back order. The uniform shop will process payment for the complete order at the time it is received.


Returns

If an item does not fit, we are happy to exchange the product or refund the item amount.

Please keep all tags intact and do not wear the item. Please email npps.uniform@gmail.com to arrange asuitable time for exchanges/refunds.


Payments

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. You can choose to complete purchase with a Paypal account, but it's not necessary for paying by card.


Shipping

All orders are processed weekly and will be delivered directly to your nominated child’s classroom.


Lost Orders

Orders are processed weekly. If you have not received your order within 7 days of placing your order then please do not hesitate to contact the uniform co-ordinators via npps.uniform@gmail.com.
